KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides dental care to all age groups in accordance with licensing in the state of hire
- Works as a part of a primary care team with Emergency Dental staff and providers
- Assures integration of patient education into all treatment phases. Advise and instruct patients regarding preventative dental care and the causes and treatments of dental problems
- Makes reasonable and sound dental assessments and treatment plans
- Provides diagnostic and therapeutic dental services to all Emergency Dental patients
- Reviews patient records, charts, and other pertinent information
- Documents encounter in an accurate and timely manner
- Responds to patient concerns and address them appropriately
- Leads a small team of support staff. Participates as a team member to meet or extend the expectations of patients, coworkers, the public, and community standards
- Adheres to attendance standards to perform the job functions for daily operations and/or continuity of patient care
- Maintains patient confidentiality and upholds Patients' Rights. Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations
PAY AND BENEFITS
Pay:
- This is not a salaried position. You will be paid by commission with a potential for earning up to $300,000 for full-time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an American Dental Association (ADA) accredited school of Dentistry
Experience:
- Two (2) years minimum experience as a dentist is required
- Experience in endo and surgical extractions
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Current dental license in the state of hire
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) certification
- DEA controlled substances registration certificate
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Practices comprehensive dentistry
- Commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity and inclusion
- Basic computer skills
- Being bilingual is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year
