Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Graphic Installer to join our team. The Vehicle Graphic Installer will play a crucial role in transforming vehicles into eye-catching mobile advertisements and enhancing their aesthetics through the precise installation of vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, glass tints, and other branding materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of graphic installation techniques, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Precisely install vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, and other branding materials on various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, buses, and specialty vehicles.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate placement and alignment of graphics for optimal visual impact and brand representation.

• Prepare vehicles for installation by thoroughly cleaning and prepping surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of graphic materials.

• Utilize a variety of tools, including cutting equipment, heat guns, and application fluids, to facilitate the smooth installation process and achieve a high-quality finish.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process, such as wrinkles, air bubbles, or misalignment, to ensure the final product meets quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and tools, to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of different types of vinyl materials, their application methods, and appropriate surface preparation techniques.

• Keep up to date with industry trends, new installation techniques, and advances in graphic materials to continuously improve skills and quality of work.

• Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions.

• Adhere to established timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects without compromising quality.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the final installed graphics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in vehicle graphic installation, including vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, and other branding materials.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for precision in alignment and placement of graphics.

• Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in graphic installation, including cutting tools, heat guns, and application fluids.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve challenges that may arise during the installation process.

• Solid understanding of different types of vehicle surfaces and appropriate surface preparation techniques.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and project managers.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated commitment to quality and craftsmanship in all installations.

• Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in graphic materials and installation techniques.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and project requirements.

• Portfolio showcasing previous vehicle graphic installation projects is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods during installations.

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions, as installations may occur outdoors.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy graphic materials and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
