As a Radiologic Imaging Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative, supportive team of healthcare professionals who enjoy working together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow prescribed techniques for producing general and specific x-rays for diagnostic purposes.
- Perform duties under the direct supervision of an RN, LPN, NP, PA or Physician.
- Perform routine examination as ordered by the medical provider, including patient intake and vital signs.
- Maintain records as required by the NYS DOH.
- Have knowledge of blood borne pathogens and adhere to universal precaution protocols.
Requirements:
- A graduate from an accredited program for Radiology Technologist.
- ARRT certification.
- Current NYS license.
- BLS certification.
