Emergency Physicians of Tidewater is seeking our next ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR aka Rock Star to join our team! As the "face" of the EPT corporate office, you can play a critical role in supporting the most awesome group of physicians in Hampton Roads. Your high-visibility position entails:
Responsibilities:
- Answer switchboard and direct incoming calls as appropriate
- Monitor and distribute incoming faxes and physical mail
- Be visible and able to answer the door for visitors
- Manage scheduling of various standing, periodic, and sporadic leadership meetings (Google Calendar oversight)
- Coordinate meals for in-person standing meetings and ad hoc meetings as needed
- Manage office/kitchen supply inventory, including ordering, stocking, management within organizational policies/procedures
- Assist leadership with communication to the Board of Directors and Partners as needed
- Assist with coordination of virtual and on-site meetings with Hospital C-Suites and EPT leadership
- Assist administrative and physician leadership with ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Handle a variety of matters involving contact with various staff, physicians, board members, committees, agencies, and the public in a professional manner
- Prepare various documents and handle confidential matters in accordance with policies and procedures
- Participate in new employee onboarding (setting up employee accounts/benefit selection/enrollment)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required; Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum five years of administrative experience, including two years in a healthcare organization
- Knowledge and proficiency of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Sheets, Gmail)
- Experience with HR support functions, UKG payroll/benefits system highly desired
