THE BASICS
Pay: With competitive pay ranging from $20 - $30/hour and ample opportunities for on-the-job training, this is your chance to make your mark in a thriving company.
Schedule: You will enjoy a full-time schedule, working Monday through Friday. Your hours will typically be from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, but may vary depending on workload and busy times.

YOUR DAY AS AN ESTIMATOR
In this estimating role, you will find yourself immersing in exciting projects as you create, follow up on, and sell estimates for plumbing, HVAC, excavation, and septic systems. Your day will involve specifying the necessary parts for larger estimates and collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency. While the position is primarily in the office, you will also have opportunities to visit job sites to gather important details that will aid in preparing comprehensive estimates.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ESTIMATOR
- Experience writing estimates in plumbing, excavation, and HVAC
- Strong customer service and communication skills
At least three years of experience writing estimates for plumbing, HVAC, excavation, and septic are preferred but not required. Experience with the ServiceTitan software system is also a huge plus!
