PAY & BENEFITS
Depending on experience and qualifications, you earn $52,000 - $65,000/year. The perks don't stop there for our Experienced HVAC Tech - you're eligible for a SPIFF program, can make commissions, can receive extra incentives, and have the ability to earn up to an extra $5.00/hour. As for your schedule, you normally start around 7:00 or 8:00 am and go until the daily work is done. We have an on-call rotation.
THE EXPERIENCED HVAC TECH WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're on the frontlines of our heating and cooling operations, visiting clients' homes and businesses to perform various repair and maintenance services. After being dispatched to a location, you promptly arrive, complete quality work within a reasonable timeframe, and take pictures of your results. You complete paperwork, collect payments, and clean up your work area before heading off to the next job. You're a mentor for our apprentices, so you teach them what they need to know and guide them in completing quality work in the field. Every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact!
Minimum Qualifications
- EPA certification
- 3 years of HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Criteria
- NATE certification
- College degree
- Trade school
