Your workday will typically begin around 7:00 or 8:00 am, depending on training or meetings, and will continue until all assigned jobs are completed. You will also participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring that our clients receive timely support when needed.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will aim to complete 3 - 5 service calls per day, traveling to assigned locations to perform various repair and maintenance services. In addition to technical tasks, you will take photographs, collect payments, complete necessary paperwork, and mentor apprentices, all contributing to the continued success of our company.
Here's what you need to become our HVAC Installer:
- EPA certification
- 3 years of HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license
It's not required, but NATE certification would be preferred. A college degree or some trade school would be a bonus!
