Role Description :
We are looking to hire a full-time Lead Mitigation Technician; that exceeds customer expectations while overseeing world-class execution of jobs for restoration Xperts. You will be tasked with creating superior customer XPERIENCE. This is accomplished by providing excellent leadership for your crew and ensuring proper and thorough documentation.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution and implementation of appropriate mitigation procedures, as necessary, and following up as required to assure excellent customer service.
- Lead Mitigation Technician must have the ability to facilitate and direct and lead job work sites on a day-to-day basis.
- Lead Mitigation Technicians should be able to interact with customers in disaster response activities.
- Lead Mitigation Technician is responsible for accurate documentation of each job from start to finish, including scope, sketches, photos, and standardized forms.
- Lead Mitigation Technicians must be service oriented, focused on the needs of both customers and your team.
- Working knowledge of industrial drying equipment and light machinery.
