Summary of Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision oversees the administrative activities of the satellite office. Trains new administrative staff. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other proprietary software. Ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. Must be proactive, experienced and committed to providing superior service. Must be self-motivated, take ownership and have superb interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Full time position on site to successfully monitor and maintain productivity and customer service standards
- Manages the Greensboro office and oversees the day to day administrative activities
- Answers phones and greets visitors to the office
- Schedules appointments to meet customer and client demands and manages work calendar
- Work closely with homeowners, scheduling the job through final completion
- Work closely with insurance companies and third-party administrators on various timely administrative duties
- Enter water, fire or mold jobs in Dash timely and to meet client expectations
- Make phone calls on past due accounts
- Work closely with the general manager and project managers, handling a variety of tasks need to be completed timely
- Make spreadsheets and presentations as required
- Order and maintain on site office supplies and office equipment

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Previous administrative or management experience in the Water/Fire/Mold Restoration Industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail/problem solver
- Must Pass a Background Check and random Drug Screening
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle as job requires and must possess current and unrestricted driver’s license
Required Skills and Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Previous experience working in the restoration industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills. Must be able to effectively demonstrate a positive brand awareness through all interactions with customers.
- Ability to communicate and function effectively with all departments
- Must be able to effectively operate and navigate Dash. All notes, documents and interactions will be tracked through Dash
- Must possess computer and internet skills
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Attention to detail
