Auto Body Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body/Painter Technician to join our team to fill the role of Paint Shop Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in autobody and paint. Our shop focuses on emergency vehicles with limited collision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily work flow, step in as needed
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs.
• Apply airless paint spraying techniques for high-quality finishes on repaired areas.
• Execute auto painting tasks with attention to detail for color matching and surface preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician & Painter in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Experience with airless paint spraying and auto painting is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.80 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
