Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
- Mix paints and other materials according to specifications for optimal application.
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even coverage and quality finish.
- Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and perform touch-ups as necessary.
- Collaborate with auto body repair technicians to ensure seamless integration of paintwork with repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to auto restoration and maintenance.
- Assist in estimating paint requirements for auto body projects based on vehicle specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto painting or related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with auto body repair techniques and processes is a plus.
- Experience with auto estimating and restoration projects is desirable.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
