POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Mishawaka location, the busiest in our network, needs an Emergency Veterinarian Medical Director to step in and provide strong leadership. With high patient volume in a fast-paced environment, we’re seeking an experienced DVM who can enhance medical operations, support our dedicated team, and improve the overall client experience.
As Medical Director, you will :
- Establish and Oversee 24 / 7 Operations – Oversee 24 / 7 operations to ensure excellence in both clinical and client service standards.
- Develop Trusted Partnerships – Create relationships within the industry and community to elevate EVCC’s impact.
- Promote an Exceptional Team Culture – Champion collaboration, innovation, and professional growth in an environment where everyone thrives.
