The Analytics Specialist is responsible for completing assigned projects by conducting data analysis within defined time and scope parameters. This role supports the federal government HR objectives by running existing reports and developing new reports based on business requirements. The Analytics Specialist will document processes, assist in the development of formal products, and provide analytical results to support decision-making.
General Responsibilities :
- Run existing reports and develop new reports to support Human Resources department business objectives.
- Conduct data analysis and provide results to customers to support project and program goals.
- Assist in the development of formal analytics products, including dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Document processes and procedures used in analytics development to ensure repeatability and consistency.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analytics products.
