AVERAGE DAY AS AN APPRENTICE SERVICE WRITER
You typically work from Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM , with occasional Saturdays.
As an Apprentice Service Writer, you play a vital role in the operations of our dealership, ensuring that our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. You cheerfully greet clients as you answer incoming calls, address any questions, and expertly schedule appointments. You're the bridge between our customers and our talented technicians, translating client needs into detailed work orders that keep our service bays humming.
