This role will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, visually engaging campaigns, and immersive brand experiences that resonate with seniors, their families, and the broader community. The Creative Director will oversee all aspects of creative development, ensuring a consistent and inspiring brand presence across all channels. Competitive wage, training, and career growth opportunities.Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance.401K Plan with a company match.Paid Vacation, Sick leave, and holidays.Employee Assistance Program.Generous Employee Referral Bonus Program.An inclusive, positive work environment where everyone has a voice and more!JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute a cohesive, creative vision that aligns with the organization's mission, values, and marketing goals.Lead brand strategy initiatives to elevate awareness and differentiate Cogir in the senior living industry.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of creative direction with business objectives.Stay ahead of design, content, and digital marketing trends, particularly those impacting the senior living and healthcare sectors.Brand & Content DevelopmentDevelop engaging and empathetic storytelling that reflects the experiences of residents, families, and caregivers.Manage and create all brand assets, including logo, typography, color palette, and visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all mediums.Develop print and digital marketing materials and assist with website design, video content, social media assets, and advertising campaigns.Lead creative production for photography, videography, and other multimedia projects.Utilize technology to build creative projects that are scalable and efficient.Team Leadership & CollaborationManage and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and external creative partners.Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to enhance team creativity and productivity.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion within the marketing and creative teams.Marketing & Advertising SupportWork closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive occupancy, engagement, and community awareness.Develop compelling direct mail, digital ads, and social media content tailored to key audiences.Partner with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to execute large-scale creative initiatives.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education : A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.A Master's degree is preferred.Experience and Skills : At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, design, and multimedia storytelling in a large-scale environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).Expertise in digital marketing, social media content creation, and website design best practices.Strong storytelling abilities with a focus on empathy, emotion, and community connection.Technology / AI experience - integrating technology into the creative process to scale production.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.Experience managing creative teams and working cross-functionally within an organization.Knowledge of accessibility standards in design and marketing for senior audiences is a plus.Special Requirements : Please submit a portfolio of past work when applying to this role.WORK SETTINGIn-person, out of our Scottsdale Office.Office Hours : Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.Apply today and join the COGIR Family!#J-18808-Ljbffr
