The Position : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled DevOps Engineer - Senior. This role is integral to ensuring the modernization and efficiency of our software systems, driving mission-critical operations, and enabling agile, scalable, and secure solutions for the DoD and PMA-281.
Salary : The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000 - $205,000 annually, based upon an individual's level of experience, skillset, and education. The range that is given is an estimate and may vary based on contractual constraints. At AM Pierce & Associates, it is our goal to provide equitable compensation to all employees.

The Description :
Other duties / responsibilities include :
- DevOps Strategy & Leadership :
Develop, implement, and manage advanced DevOps frameworks to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enhance operational efficiency.
Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud and on-premises infrastructures using modern DevOps tools and methodologies.
Partner with development, operations, and security teams to integrate advanced technologies and methodologies across the organization.
Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance with DoD standards, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) and STIGs.
Drive automation efforts, including configuration management, monitoring, and deployment, to minimize downtime and accelerate delivery.
Provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
