The position includes overseeing the production process, managing collaborations, and optimizing video content across platforms to enhance audience engagement and strengthen the organization's brand.About the Communications Team : The Physicians Committee's communications team works to maximize publicity for our campaigns, programs, and research studies through traditional and social media.Essential Functions : Brainstorm, write, and produce videos for social media, advertisements, and web.Record and edit a variety of videos remotely and on-site.Oversee all video operations and collaborations.Build, manage, and improve the current video operation.Work with other departments to develop and produce video needs.Upload and publish video content to appropriate channels.Serve as the primary point of contact for external production companies.Hire and coordinate with consultants as needed.Schedule and maintain filming dates and project deadlines.Properly store and catalog all video and audio components.Supervisory Responsibilities : None to start though there is an option to supervise in the future.Required Physical Abilities : Office work plus the ability to travel and lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.Work Location : This is a full-time position that may be performed remotely from any location in the United States.
