Responsibilities :
The Strategy Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Government project and perform the following duties :
- Review the current strategic plan and progress
- Assist with the design, conduct, and interpret results from the environmental scan
- Identify best practices to generate outcome-focused measures and metrics
- Create and provide leadership with recommendations regarding the new Strategic Plan
- Identify priority objectives - define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's)
- Create supporting strategies - describe the means to achieving these objectives
- Create metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objective
- Provide recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and offices
- Develop leadership, strategy, succession, and organizational change management training; facilitate working groups
- Analyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome-focused performance measures
- Convert data and information into strategies to align with the initiatives for leadership to develop the strategic plan as well as divisions and offices to develop their action plans
- Establish a methodology to obtain feedback from the stakeholders on the success of consulting and other activities
- Work remotely
