• Start at $14/hour.
• Work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week – or go for more with up to 12 hours/day if you want!

Bonuses That Grow with You

• Months 1–6: Earn a bonus of 5% of the value of jobs you complete.
• 6 months–1 year: Your bonus increases to 6% of the value of jobs you complete.
• Every 6 months, your bonus grows by an additional 1%, up to a maximum of 10% after 2 years.

Paid Training

• We pay you $14/hour during training (about a month).
• Once training is done, you’ll get paid weekly.

Paid Breaks

• Take a 45-minute break every day – and yes, we pay you for that too!

All Equipment Provided

• Gas, tools, and everything you need to succeed are covered by us.
