I : Job Summary
The primary responsibilities of this position include providing accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP. In addition, the Director, Site Controller will partner with Site and Business Unit leadership to assist in effective planning, organization and decision making in achieving Site and Company goals. The incumbent will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising operations and activities within the Site Finance team.
II : Responsibilities
Leadership & Business Partnering
- Direct, coordinate and supervise operations and activities, within the Site Finance team. This includes coaching, training, performance management and talent development of direct reports.
- Participate as key member of the Site Leadership teams
- Participate as key business partner to all Business Units served by the sites
- Identify and act on critical issues / risks and opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders and industry peers, participates on internal committees to share information and assess trends

U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits Information
The estimated annual base salary as a new hire for this position ranges from [$159,500 to $193,100]. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. Certain roles are eligible for additional incentive compensation, including merit increases, annual bonus, [and / or long-term incentives in the form of stock options.]
