Who we are:
We are in the metal stamping company located in the Celina, OH area and in business over 40-years. We are considered the experts in building simple and complex dies, automated transfer systems and anything in between. From making the stamping dies, we progressed to making production stamped parts ourselves. This was a natural progression for us, as we could build the tools and then set up production operations, all in one location.
Early products were in the appliance, hardware, and construction industries, eventually spreading to automotive product lines. We developed a reputation as a trusted company that produces high quality products. We have partnered with companies in a variety of industries, including the automotive industry, and is proud to have forged relationships with suppliers of major American and foreign automotive OEM’s.
We currently have 200,000 square feet under roof, with plenty of room to expand into our over 20 acres we own adjoining our facility.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Stamping Die Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating stamping presses and related equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Duties:
- Set up and adjust dies and fixtures on stamping presses according to production requirements
- Operate stamping presses to produce parts within specified tolerances
- Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with dies and equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and basic math skills
- Experience in die setting, fabrication, and materials handling
- Basic Knowledge of CAM programming, SolidWorks, and micrometer usage
- Familiarity with welding processes is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Skills
· Previous progressive tool & die repair/maintenance experience.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand and walk to meet shift requirements and all mandatory overtime. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically
Shift Available:
2nd shift is 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
Pay range would be $19 - $24/hr.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.01 - $23.52 per hour
