Fabrication Shop Coordinator

The Shop Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining efficient and effective Manufacturing/Fabrication operations, handling all the paperwork of incoming materials, incoming invoices, supplier management, scheduling and client communications. The shipping and receiving aspect of our manufacturing company is a critical role of this job, assuring project and material flow efficiency. This role is responsible for managing all office paperwork and supporting the logistics and production teams in their daily operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track work orders / fabrication projects between our design and manufacturing team.
• Schedule and coordinate production with our production floor managers and design project managers.
• Work with ShopTech(E2) ERP software (ideally the latest version), entering manufacturing data into the system.
• Participate in weekly schedule/production meetings.
• MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook software proficiency required.

Working Conditions:

· The role is primarily based in an office setting, with a close connection with our manufacturing floor personnel.

· Pay Based on Experience: $23/hr. - $30/hr.

1st shift 7:30 – 4:30 Mon-Fri
