As a family owned and operated business in Marion, OH for many years, we have become respected as the water experts for residential and commercial water conditioning, salt and water delivery, along with purification systems.
You would be a part of our business that services ALL makes and models of water softening and purification equipment. While we provide services to a multi-county area from any of our 6 office locations, you would be based in Marion.
We have a fleet of radio-dispatched trucks to handle all of our customer needs. If you need bottled water or salt, we offer an affordable route delivery service.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Manager to oversee our service operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and mechanical services, with hands-on experience in various trades. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Duties
- Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Supervise and train service staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols for the plumbing and water conditioning areas.
- Coordinate service schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet customer demands.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for service-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, inventory management, and customer feedback.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee our service and product delivery techs as well as our water conditioner rebuild shop activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the construction or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $25 - $29/hr.
