STAMPING EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 2nd Shift
We are a distinguished Tier-1 Automotive Supplier, state-of-the-art robotic facility. We have built a reputation for producing reliable underbody structural parts that global automotive companies trust. You would be involved in various stages of automotive component production, including product development, analysis, formability, prototyping, production stamping, forming, robotic welding, and assembly.
We pride ourselves on leveraging state-of-the-art applications to simulate and analyze design manufacturability of stamped sheet metal parts and sub-assemblies. This allows us to provide exceptional technical proficiency in delivering high-quality, high-performance automotive products. Our technical expertise and reliable support enable us to improve, operate, and maintain these products for our valued customers.
We are looking to expand our Stamping Equipment Group with multiple positions and experience levels.
Qualifications:
§ Minimum of 2 years Industrial Maintenance Experience or related Technical Degree.
§ Strong Mechanical and Electrical ability to read Blueprints and Drawings for modifications and repair work
§ Troubleshooting Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.
§ Working knowledge of Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLC’s while troubleshooting Electrical Circuits.
§ Familiar with Mig and Arc welding.
§ Ability to work independently with willingness to learn.
§ Must be willing to work overtime.
Roles and Responsibilities:
§ The successful candidate must be able to perform PM, quality repairs/improvements on equipment while working independently.
§ Completing Preventive Maintenance on assigned equipment.
§ Log daily activities on a PC using Microsoft Access
§ Self-motivated focusing on Safety, Quality and Efficiency.

Work Hours:
· 2nd: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
NOTE: Weekend work is all overtime with Sundays at double time! Thus you’ll have a very nice paycheck.
Pay based on experience: $24/hr. – $36/hr. with OT and shift differential ($1.20/hr.)
