Our Financial Services Client in West Houston is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to their team! This Direct Hire role offers Hybrid Flexibility! The ideal candidate will have 4 years of strong Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger experience.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize cash flow by analyzing and forecasting cash requirements and record cash transactions, including wire transfers and ACH payments
- Reconcile fixed asset clearing account monthly
- Analyze and reconcile bank, balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Recommend any adjustments that need to be made to financial data
- Reconcile asset management system to the general ledger
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience reconciliation bank statements and general ledger
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Advanced Excel skills
- Willing to work 3 days onsite
