What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Recruiter position at Emergent Professional Resources L.P. (EPR)?

What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing qualified resumes/profiles of candidates for specific job orders
- Conducting intensive keyword searches using Boolean search methods as well as keyword searches on LinkedIn
- Creating lists of target companies to recruit from for each specific job order
- Scheduling and coordinating phone and face-to-face interviews for managing partners and clients
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of recruiting, HR, customer service or high-call volume work experience
- Strong research skills & the ability to learn extremely quickly
- Natural curiosity/desire to learn
- Ability to work in our Houston office M-F
