Job Title: SAP FCM Business System Analyst
Location: Savannah, GA
Position Summary:
The SAP FCM Business Analyst will support and enhance SAP Finance and Costing (FCM) solutions at Hyundai Motor Group Megaplant America (HMGMA). This role involves collaborating with Korea HQ, managing ERP projects, and ensuring efficient system functionality while adhering to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP FCM system enhancements, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Perform fit-gap analysis and implement SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and system efficiency.
Provide user support, training, and documentation for SAP FCM.
Monitor system stability, ensure compliance, and support governance initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize SAP operations.
Support on-call requirements and assist with service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
7 years of SAP FI/CO experience, including ERP project execution.
3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Experience in repetitive and discrete manufacturing (automotive preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred SAP FI/CO and CPA certifications.
