Job Title : Sr. Salesforce Service Cloud Tester Location : Downtown Dallas, TX (3 days / week ONSITE) A Salesforce Quality Analyst is a crucial part of the team that ensures the functionality and efficiency of our Salesforce systems. Responsibilities : Testing : One of the primary responsibilities is to develop and implement testing strategies for Salesforce systems. Quality Assurance : Verify that all Salesforce operations are working as intended, ensuring the quality of the system. regularly monitor system performance and report on any issues. Collaboration : Quality Analysts work closely with the development team to understand the changes being made to the system and ensure these changes don't negatively impact the system's performance. Issue Resolution : Responsible for identifying, tracking, and documenting any bugs or issues within the Salesforce system. Work with the development team to troubleshoot and rectify these issues.
