Ecommerce Sales Assistant - DTC
Job Summary :
As an Ecommerce Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales efforts. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining inventory data, and contributing to the overall success of our online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to our online customers, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns
- Utilize sales tracking tools to monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Follow up with shipping and warehouse teams for timely delivery
Qualifications :
This is an on-site position, based in downtown LA.
Compensation : $20-$22 per hour
