We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in Apex, North Carolina. This role is perfect for a passionate marketer with omni-channel experience, who excels in both strategy and execution, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth
- Oversee the creation and management of the marketing and campaign calendars in alignment with business goals, product launches, and seasonal trends
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure branding consistency across all channels and marketing assets
- Collaborate with e-commerce and wholesale teams to ensure marketing initiatives are optimized for each channel and drive performance
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of photoshoots, ensuring assets are developed for relevant marketing channels
- Manage marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, retail, wholesale, and social media, ensuring a cohesive brand experience
- Work alongside internal teams to align on marketing strategies, content creation, and asset development
- E-commerce Strategy : You develop and communicate a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, setting clear goals and objectives for our digital retail operation.
- Email Marketing : You oversee email marketing efforts, including strategy, campaign management, automation, and analytics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales.
- Paid Advertising : You lead paid advertising strategies across various platforms, optimizing campaigns to maximize reach, ROI, and brand visibility.
- SEO and SEM : You work on search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of our products and website in search engine results.
- Content Strategy : You develop and implement content strategies for the website and social media to engage and inform our audience effectively.
- Promotional Calendar : You create and manage a promotional calendar to coordinate marketing efforts, align campaigns with key events and seasons, and optimize sales and customer engagement.
- Budget Management : You manage the budget for e-commerce and digital marketing, allocating resources wisely to ensure strong financial performance.
- Team Leadership : You lead and guide the e-commerce and digital marketing teams, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Collaboration : You collaborate closely with the technology department to keep our e-commerce platform up-to-date, with the brand team for consistent messaging, and with the design and content teams to ensure a cohesive digital presence.
Partner Management : You are responsible for the successful working relationship with our key ecommerce vendors (i.e. paid search, SEO, etc), as well as their goals and metrics.
