About the Brand : We are hiring Retail Sales Associates for our client, an emerging lifestyle brand centered around joyful experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fun, community-centric pop-up event, bringing energy and engagement to a vibrant retail space in Austin TX.
Responsibilities
Be Welcoming
Delivers an inviting, inclusive, and energetic experience for all customers
Acts as an ambassador for the brand; ensures that company values guide all interactions
Invites customers to engage with product and maintains comprehensive knowledge of the product assortment
Handles customer situations with patience and kindness; knows when to escalate a scenario to leadership
Shares customer feedback with leadership to improve the overall customer experience
Maintains a positive attitude throughout busy, high-traffic times
Be Accountable
Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Arrives to assigned shifts on-time and in-uniform
Executes all visual directives and maintains visual standards set by the company and as directed by the management team
Supports replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant; reports on diminishing inventory levels as needed
Supports high standards of organization and cleanliness, promoting safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience and safety
Upholds and complies with all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Completes all opening and closing responsibilities as directed
Complies with all loss prevention policies and communicates violations directly to the leadership team
Qualifications
2 years’ retail experience is preferred; experience with visual merchandising a plus
Effective communication skills and a positive outlook
Adaptable, team-player, and compassionate
A flexible work schedule (ability to work weekends and nights)
Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds; ability to climb a small ladder or step stool
