We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive (AE) to join our team in managing and developing relationships with boutiques across the West North and South Central regions. The Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing relationships with boutiques, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful placement and delivery of fashion products. This role requires a strong understanding of the fashion market, product trends, and client needs, alongside the ability to negotiate contracts, manage accounts, and meet sales targets. The AE will act as a liaison between boutiques and internal teams, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and a high level of service. Ultimately, the goal is to expand the client base, increase revenue, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with boutique owners and key decision-makers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Drive revenue growth through the expansion of existing accounts and the acquisition of new boutique clients within the assigned territory.
- Understand the unique needs and preferences of boutique clients, providing personalized product recommendations and solutions to drive sales.
- Stay up to date with fashion trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to advise clients on the most relevant lingerie products for their market.
- Oversee the successful placement and delivery of orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing any client concerns promptly.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with boutique clients, ensuring profitable agreements while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
- Monitor the market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory, providing internal teams with valuable feedback for product development and marketing strategies.
- Act as a liaison between boutique clients and internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service), ensuring a seamless flow of information and a high level of service.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and account status to senior leadership, ensuring targets are met and performance is tracked.
- Represent the company at trade shows, boutique events, and other industry gatherings to increase brand awareness and drive new business opportunities. Follow up with writing orders.
- Regularly travel to meet with boutique clients in person, showcasing new collections and strengthening relationships. Ensure timely follow-up and assistance with reorders to maintain stock levels and maximize sales.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- Based in Texas.
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the lingerie or sleepwear industry.
- Familiarity with the West North and South Central territories and boutique sales landscape is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet demanding deadlines and market schedules.
- Ability to participate in all market schedule set-up, preparation and events.
- Strong team player with ability to work independently, setting priorities and adapting to changing situations quickly.
- Detail oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
- 75% domestic and international travel required.
