Responsibilities
- Support the management of global brand.com site(s) and contribute to the daily site plan, including campaign development and execution, while keeping planning tools updated (e.g., annual calendar, campaign details, Asana projects.
- Assist in executing brand launches for assigned business units, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategy execution and achieve sales targets.
- Support business shifts and pivots, including the development and execution of contingency plans.
- Manage the site experience, working with the product team to oversee site tools and features (e.g., PDPs, Yotpo, Search Spring) and using the ecommerce platform (Shopify) to support site content execution.
- Utilize tools and processes to assist with campaign planning and execution.
- Support ongoing reporting, including project status, site engagement, product launch readiness, and consumer trends.
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape.
- BA or BS degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
- Required experience in beauty or cosmetic industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce best practices.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Google Analytics preferred.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Business Manager and Shopify.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and tell compelling stories.
- Experience leading both direct and indirect teams.
Salary : $35 - $40
