As the Clinical Education Manager, you will work with the Director of Clinical Education and Partnerships to educate the market about body composition and bioimpedance analysis. You will be responsible for individual and group education for end users on interpretation of BIA data and results, and work to develop training materials to support end users in advanced BIA interpretation. You will be responsible for serving as Clinical Education Manager as the training liaison between the seca mBCA Team and end-users. Your responsibilities are to educate and train customers in the interpretation, clinical decision making, engagement and communication of seca mBCA results, use of BIA equipment, use of seca 115 or 125 analytic software, and offer implementation recommendations on how to successfully incorporate medical body composition analysis into customers business. You will also offer after-sales support for the products you provide and conduct forums, webinars, lead workshops, and seminars for the application of bioimpedance analysis in medicine.
Your Responsibilities
Develop Educational Content and Training Materials
- Stay up to date on the latest research in active aging, primary care, obesity care, functional and integrative medicine, physical activity and rehab, chronic disease management, and medical fitness
- Develop training and educational materials through videos, webinars, and other digital media on topics not limited to: understanding bioimpedance analysis, using our device/software, understanding results/parameters, and indepth understanding of all anthopometric, fat, muscle, water and other parameters available in our software
- Create content and assets for use in CRM email campaigns, website, social media, and print
Communicate with Internal seca Stakeholders
- Develop and coordinate educational content under the direction of the Director of Clinical Education and Partnerships
- Engage in regular exchange with HQ (Clinical/Medical Affairs, Product Management) on clinical topics related to prediction formulas, medical validations, updates to software, and understanding the seca results parameters
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team on education for customers including, but not limited to: Educational Newsletters, Monthly Live Education sessions, Webinars, Podcasts, Email campaigns, Print material, Tradeshow assets, Testimonials
- Manage Library of Educational Resources, communicate about updates, changes, and projects
Deliver Educational Content
- Disseminate didactic training/educational content through live/virtual sessions with end users on Interpretation of Results
- Serve as primary point of contact for all clincal questions from end users about seca device indications, bioimpedance analysis, results interpretations, and understanding individual patient results
Engage with Customers
- Connect with customers on social media to dissiminate and educate information and maintain professional contacts
- Engage with customers to ensure best practices are implemented at facilities and share best practices internally with seca team and externally through educational asset development
- Attend professional conferences/trade shows for continuing education and to work the booth in the exhibit hall, serving as clinical education expert to answer questions
To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have
Any equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job, will be considered.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in nutrition science or equivalent experience
- Completed Dietetic Internship and maintain credential as a Registered Dietitian (preferred)
- Graduate degree (MS or PhD) in associated area (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for conferences, exhibitions and/or educational summits
- Experience using learning management software and webinar software tools is a strong plus
- Strong working knowledge of computers, experience with Word, Excel, Power Point and using a CRM system
- Enthusiastic presentation style, charismatic and confident personality, and enjoyment of educating health care professionals
- Ability to represent seca to the healthcare community
- Demonstrated ability to plan strategically and think tactically
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to set priorities, delegate responsibilities, and keep accountable to deadlines

Working Environment
- Travel to Professional Conferences/Meetings as needed with the seca team to attend/work at the booth
