Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a holistic brand marketing strategy that reinforces the company’s market position and growth objectives
- Ensure a deep understanding of brand DNA, setting a strategic vision that guides all brand messaging, creative assets, and marketing initiatives
- Establish a clear brand identity that is consistent across all platforms, ensuring resonance with the target audience
- Oversee the development and execution of large-scale brand campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness and affinity
- Align brand strategy with eCommerce, creative, and social media efforts to create a seamless customer experience
- Monitor brand health and performance through analytics, consumer insights, and industry trends
- Lead and oversee the marketing, social, creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency
- Partner with leadership across departments to integrate brand strategy into business operations and customer touchpoints
- Develop and refine messaging frameworks that define tone, voice, and communication guidelines for internal and external use
- Collaborate closely with product development to ensure brand alignment across new product launches and ongoing brand storytelling
- Lead the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key influencers, brands, and industry leaders to elevate brand presence
- Oversee the planning and execution of brand events, sponsorships, and activations that enhance visibility and community engagement
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to ensure paid media efforts align with brand messaging and business goals
- Drive PR and media strategies to enhance thought leadership and industry presence
- Analyze marketing trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Develop key performance metrics to assess brand impact and marketing effectiveness, implementing data-driven optimizations
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning to maximize ROI across brand initiatives
- Strategic Vision: Ability to define and execute brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and market positioning

- Strong background in brand storytelling, creative direction, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Expertise in managing multi-channel marketing strategies across social media, digital, PR, influencer, and content marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with leadership to drive brand growth
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, brand performance, and consumer insights to inform decision-making
- Experience overseeing large-scale partnerships, activations, and events that drive brand awareness

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
