Our client, an international denim brand, is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Coordinator to join the Sales team in Midtown Manhattan. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for cultivating lasting relationships with customers and supporting the sales team in achieving company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales efforts and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers in the designated region.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients, stores, and events, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Support the Sales Manager in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
- Manage logistics and coordinate product deliveries as needed to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
- Analyze sales data to track performance and guide strategic decisions.
- Manage logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials for trade shows and events.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate offerings to customers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience or a relative internship, preferably in retail or fashion, demonstrating a passion for the industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Excellent at building connections with customers and fostering meaningful relationships
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on the road; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
