SVP Supply Chain
The SVP of Supply Chain will oversee Product Development, including Sourcing, Raw Materials,
Technical Design, Logistics, and Sustainability. This person will be responsible for the development,
implementation, and execution of supply chain strategies and goals, as well as delivering
elevated, high-quality products with a focus on sustainability and ethical practices. This team will consist of 5 direct reports with a total team size of 25.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a quality-focused, cost-effective supply chain strategy that integrates a dedication to ethical and transparent business practices and considerations aligning with and supporting brand goals.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the Product Pipeline that support a thoughtful approach to developing beautiful products sourced from high-quality raw materials while optimizing vendor capacity management and working within an efficient transportation strategy. I.e., speed to market, product execution, new sources of manufacturing, and best practices to create long-term sustainable industry impact.
- Ensure communication and delivery of the Supply Chain team's work around cost plans, sourcing strategies, fit processes, product quality, and delivery requirements in support of cross-functional teams in Merchandising and Design.
- Oversee transportation operations with a focus on driving cost-saving initiatives, emphasizing sustainability through reducing carbon emissions, fuel efficiency, and incorporating eco-friendly practices.
- Safeguard the brand’s commitment to remaining transparent and accountable by leading the preparation and publication of comprehensive ESG reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
- Requirements
- 20 years of experience in Supply Chain with a focus on Production/Sourcing, Technical Design, Logistics, and Sustainability in roles of increasing scope, complexity and leadership responsibility with specific experience in a direct-to-consumer business model.
- Extensive knowledge of trade regulations, testing protocol, product integrity, production cycle timeline, fabric and garment construction, cost management, and process optimization.
- Take your industry knowledge and use your analytical, communication, and stakeholder
engagement skills to problem solve, collaborate, and negotiate across teams and differing pov’s to inform and influence business strategies.
- Be constantly curious and desire to anticipate future supply chain trends related to the apparel industry and respond with competitive, creative, sustainable, and ethical business solutions.

- Ability to travel internationally 2-3 times annually, which could vary depending on business needs.

***Hybrid opportunity based out of Portland Salary range $200,000- $350,000 ***
