What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Emerging Display Technologies Corp.?
Duties
- Reports directly to Regional Sales Manager
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing day-to-day sales support such as the administration and tracking of PO’s, quotes, samples, RMA’s, past due invoices along with other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales, or Regional Manager.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationship over the phone and by e-mail with our customers, distributors, and sales representatives
- Compile various sales reports
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 1-2 years experience in administration, insides sales or customer service. Experience in the electronic component/technology industry is preferred.
- Must have prior in-depth experience with Microsoft Excel, and general familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen sense for customer service
- Basic project management skills and can oversee basic projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Able to comprehend and apply basic technical concepts
- Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Must be proactive, perform as a “team player”, and work under minimal supervision
- Languages: English (proficient), Chinese or Spanish would be a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
