What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Management Project Manager position at Emerging Tech, LLC?
Supports the end-user engagement and adoption (EUEA) change management (CM) team via oversight and execution of events, activities, and program management tasks (e.g., site activity tracking, deliverable and work product reviews, escalation of risks/issues, collection, collection and tracking of action items). Contributes to development of CM decks, artifacts, briefs, meeting minutes, agendas, talking points, etc. Analyzes CM content to extract important information for escalation and follow-up. Initiates and manages project planning and collaborates with multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus that keeps CM projects moving forward (i.e., proactively manages projects).
Minimum qualifications:
• Prosci Change Management certification
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• 10 years of professional work experience
• Experience managing Information Technology related projects
• Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
• Able to identify and mitigate risks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred qualifications:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Expertise developing executive-level briefings and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience working in a healthcare system and/or VA
• Experience implementing electronic health records
