Job Title: Otolaryngologist (ENT) Clinician Physician-Contract
Job Location: Columbia, SC-Onsite
Job Summary:
- Required clinical experience as an Otolaryngologist.
- Proficient in both non-surgical and surgical treatment methods in otolaryngology.
- Experience in managing a wide range of disorders, including pediatric and adult populations.
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient practice setting preferred.
- Excellent surgical and procedural skills, with an emphasis on patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Compassionate and empathetic with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Must be able to work in an environment with a high volume of patient traffic and demands.
Education & Licensure:
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology .
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia) when services are performed onsite on VA property.
- DEA certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (or ability to obtain).
