Are you passionate about supporting impactful projects that improve healthcare for Veterans? We're seeking a Project Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO). You'll play a critical role in enhancing training initiatives and streamlining the delivery of vital educational materials to VA end-users.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and track the development, review, and finalization of training artifacts (Job Aids, Tip Sheets, Quick Reference Guides) created by Oracle Health for end-user distribution.
- Work closely with Oracle Health, deployment training teams, and Solution Experts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of training content.
- Schedule, coordinate, and ensure the logistical success of key meetings. Capture meeting highlights and share concise summaries with internal and client teams.
- Assist in preparing briefings, addressing inquiries from stakeholders (e.g., GAO, Congressional offices, media), and supporting the release management training team.
- Review Oracle Health deliverables, providing feedback and recommendations. Define, document, and enhance processes for Release Management Training.
- Coordinate weekly Joint Sustainment and Adoption Board (JSaAB) change notifications, ensuring clear communication to site stakeholders. Triage and resolve training-related incident tickets within ServiceNow.
- Maintain and update training artifact trackers, providing routine and ad-hoc reports on project status, content readiness, and performance metrics.
- 5 years of professional work experience in project management, training coordination, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tracking program performance data, including cost, schedule, and training content status.
- Demonstrated ability to create routine and ad-hoc reports for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline (or an additional 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strategic communication experience, including developing newsletters, leadership communications, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
- Prior experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or on federal healthcare projects.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and incident management processes.
