Emerging Tech is looking for Project Manager to support our partnership with the Department of Veteran Affairs. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving impactful solutions for complex challenges in healthcare technology. This position focuses on designing and leading collaborative sessions with stakeholders to identify and implement actionable strategies tailored to meet business and technical requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Lead discussions to align technical and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions are both innovative and implementable.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft compelling agendas and executive presentations that keep decision-makers informed and engaged.
- Manage logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings, keeping conversations focused and productive.
- Deliver concise, actionable outputs, including meeting summaries, decisions, and roadmaps, using tools like the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Evaluate and enhance meeting processes and facilitation techniques to improve efficiency and results.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- 4 years of professional experience, ideally in a healthcare or technology environment.
- Proficiency in meeting facilitation tools like Microsoft Teams and Webex.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages for executive audiences.
- Proven ability to manage deliverables, produce executive-level reports, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel for in-person engagements and flexibility to accommodate meetings across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in meeting facilitation, event planning, or project coordination.
- Experience implementing Electronic Health Records or working with healthcare IT.
- Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques and the ability to lead high-stakes discussions.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape and experience engaging with senior executives.
