Emerging Tech is seeking a Technical Deployment Analyst to play a critical role in supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) Deployment Coordination team. You will leverage data-driven insights to streamline deployment processes, optimize schedules, and enhance operational efficiency for EHR deployments. This position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder coordination, and a keen eye for process automation and improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze deployment schedules, dashboards, and data sources to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with EHRM-IO teams and external VA stakeholders to refine deployment strategies and implement process improvements.
- Drive the adoption of quantitative, data-based approaches to optimize deployment operations.
- Identify automation opportunities within technical deployment processes and coordinate implementation efforts.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance deployment efficiency, ensuring seamless EHR system rollouts.
- Support on-the-ground deployment activities as required for EHR implementations at FHCCs.
What You'll Bring:
- 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, process optimization, or technical deployment.
- Strong knowledge of data sources, monitoring tools, and analytical methodologies to support deployment initiatives.
- Experience in scientific research, technical writing, and documentation, including editing project deliverables to meet government standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively under supervision while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical, scientific, or clinical discipline (an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VA systems and processes (preferred but not required).
- Hands-on experience in Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT deployments, federal healthcare initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
