We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our team. What You'll Do:
- Solve administrative problems tactfully while maintaining professionalism and discretion
- Keep the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief of Staff (CoS), and Directors informed of critical updates, actions, and developments
- Manage sensitive and confidential actions with integrity and professionalism
- Coordinate high-visibility visits, including attendance management and hosting of senior officials and distinguished visitors
- Prepare, track, and review substantive correspondence, including congressional, GAO, and executive branch communications, ensuring accuracy and readability
- Manage logistics for executive meetings, including scheduling, travel accommodations, and anticipating needs for conferences and meetings
- Research and obtain necessary documentation and data to support decision-making
- Provide guidance and direction to support staff, ensuring efficient operations
- Review materials for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational goals and policies
- At least 5 years of professional work experience
- Proven experience in creating, applying, and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance metrics
- Experience in creating routine and ad hoc reports
- Ability to provide oral and written discussions of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field. (An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.)
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including creating visual and narrative summaries of findings
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong knowledge of VA policies and procedures is a plus
- Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
- Familiarity with implementing electronic health records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI Reporting for data visualization and analysis
- Contribute to impactful projects that enhance healthcare delivery and organizational effectiveness
