My client is growing and seeking a Senior Partner Onboarding Manager to lead new client implementations from late-stage sales through full deployment. This role requires strong program management expertise, cross-functional coordination, and a client-centric approach to drive seamless onboarding and integration.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage multiple client implementations of the company’s SaaS platform
✔️ Oversee cross-functional teams using an SDLC/Agile hybrid delivery model
✔️ Act as the key liaison between clients and internal technology teams
✔️ Maintain project documentation and continuously improve delivery processes
✔️ Develop and track program KPIs to ensure successful outcomes
✔️ Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
What You Bring:
✅ 6-8 years of experience as a Program Manager, ideally in management consulting or a SaaS startup (Fintech experience is a plus)
✅ Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent programs within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
✅ Expertise in stakeholder management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration
✅ Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
✅ Hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Team Foundation Server)
✅ Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies, and managing globally distributed teams
✅ Excellent communication skills and high professional integrity
