As a Consultant at our organization, you'll be an integral part of the team helping clients transform their business by designing and delivering innovative digital products and services. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, applying design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about product management, design thinking, and driving change within complex organizations.
What you will do :
- Product Strategy and Management : Actively promoting ways of working based on principles of Value, Flow, and Quality. Work closely with clients and the consulting team to define and manage product strategy. Apply design thinking to guide clients in creating products that solve customer problems and deliver business value.
- Agile & Lean Practices : Support the application of agile and lean methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) in product development. Assist clients in building high-performing teams to iterate quickly and improve product delivery.
- User-Centered Design : Facilitate discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders, using design thinking techniques to understand user needs, create personas, map customer journeys, and ideate solutions.
- Product Development Lifecycle : Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. Help the client prioritize features, define roadmaps, and ensure the product meets user expectations while delivering business value.
- Metrics and Validation : Design and run experiments to validate assumptions and product hypotheses. Collect feedback, measure success through defined KPIs, and iterate to improve outcomes.
- Collaboration & Teamwork : Work in close partnership with client teams, product owners, developers, and designers. Facilitate discussions, remove blockers, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients by becoming a trusted advisor. Communicate clearly and effectively, presenting findings, recommendations, and progress to client stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement : Bring a 'discovery mindset' to every project, promoting a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement across the team and client organization.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing : Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and contribute to developing best practices in product management, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
