WHAT IS THE ROLE?
We are looking for a team member who is an energetic, hardworking individual that can lead by example through motivation, accountability and inspiration. The goal of this position is to carry a book of business, lead, coach and mentor our growing sales team, while also building out a thorough consultative sales process. You will be responsible for :
Identifying opportunities to build out inbound and outbound sales pipelines
Evaluating conference and trade show attendance
Managing and reporting accurate forecast and data to executives
Mentoring our sales team in achieving, exceeding, and sustaining business results
Setting and monitoring ongoing goals and sales KPIs for team members
Training and instructing on how to effectively increase conversion rate of our Digital prospects
Ensuring accountability for all team members on sales goals and initiatives
Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Actively seek and participate in business development and networking opportunities
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of organizational skills
Have a positive attitude, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful
