In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Take the lead role for overall electrical design efforts from conceptualization to design, prototyping, testing, qualification, ramp-up, and launch.
- Achieve project requirements including technical architecture, quality, human-centered design criteria, design-for-manufacturability, timelines, cost, and other objectives.
- Coordinate technical activities across the global electrical engineering team and collaborate closely with peers leading mechanical, firmware, and software efforts.
- Translate user and market requirements into technical designs, including evaluating complex alternatives while leading product cost

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related study
- 5 years of electromechanical-based product engineering
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Technical master’s degree
- Experience in New Product Development and early-stage prototyping
- Experience in industrial equipment/devices, motor control, power electronics, and industrial network
