We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist customers in selecting flooring products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on flooring features, benefits, and warranties.
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom with up-to-date displays and samples.
- Build relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
- Write accurate sales orders, including installation expectations and payment processing.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and post-installation satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling for in-home measurements and develop personalized product recommendations.
- Engage in community networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and product training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
- Sales experience or a background in design or home improvement is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with retail systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver?s license for in-home visits.
- Flexible availability, including some Saturdays.
