If you are a Training and Development professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting position for you! Based in our Boulder, CO location, you will create innovative and engaging classroom, online, and virtual education programs by partnering with subject matter experts across the organization. You will be responsible for implementing education programs and managing training completions in our learning management systems.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, and instructors.
- Create, organize, plan, and implement technical and skills training for employees and customers.
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

Our training programs and initiatives focus on end-to-end development, from onboarding through senior leadership. We provide a wide range of development opportunities, including face-to-face and virtual training, mentorship and coaching, project management, and on-the-job training.
Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $81,475 - $93,115, annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
